When is it possible to check-in?
Generally we can guarantee your room from 2.30 pm, if you arrive earlier we will keep your luggage and start your holiday. Check-in is by 10:30 pm. If you cannot change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel before 22:30 (local time). Check-out by 10:30, if you have different needs we will find a suitable solution.
What services are included in the room rate?
Breakfast is generally included in the rate (except for specific offers). WI-Fi Internet is available free of charge in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The tourist tax is excluded
Can I take my dog on vacation with me?
Dogs, if they are small, are well accepted, as long as they are not left alone in the room.
Can I arrive with my car in front of the hotel entrance?
Yes, there are no ZTL spaces and there is ample free parking nearby. Available to guests who request it, external parking areas around the structure and garage.
Is the city tax included in the rate? Does everyone have to pay it?
The tourist tax is active according to the municipal regulation from April 1st to October 31st of each year, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under 16, disabled people, guides and tour leaders are exempt.
Is it possible to smoke in the room?
We only have non-smoking rooms. You can use the common outdoor areas (terrace, outside the hotel).
Can I have a friend or relative in the room for a few hours?
It is possible to accommodate no more than 2 people in the room who do not stay with you, it is mandatory to leave the document at the reception.
I broke an object in the room or in the hotel, am I subject to compensation?
Each customer must be responsible for the room and its accessories, as well as for their own guarantee accounting tools.
What are the responsibilities of the hotel towards us customers and reservations?
 The hotel and its staff guarantee the room consistently with the booked one, the integrity of the structure, systems and services budgeted, compliance with the rate with what is declared to the Puglia Region for the current year.
What is the size of the room I booked?
The single room is 8sqm and has a small terrace. Standard rooms range from 11sqm to 17sqm. Superior rooms with balcony range from 11sqm to 18sqm. The suite rooms from 19 to 30sqm.
Is it necessary to pay a deposit for my booking?
The hotel requires the payment of a 25% deposit (bank transfer, credit card and postal order) as a guarantee of your reservation. In the low season we require a credit card as a guarantee but you will always be subject to the cancellation policy.
For my car?
With some little extras, you can book a car park adjacent to the hotel or a place in the garage. If it's important, do it now! Find out the rates
